Pencilskirts EE food diary

:) Hello to all i offcially started slimming world on Monday but starting the diary from today (Its 2.27am im nursing a broken tooth it involved quaility street at xmas and ive left it like a fool dentist mon yay...:() so awake in pain!!! so id love feedback or just a chat heres to a slimmer new year! so sunday 6th Feb 2011

HEA - Skimmed milk (measured)
HEB - 2 Slices wholmeal bread (400g loaf)

Brekkie/Brunch - 2 slices lean back bacon fat removed. poached egg,mushrooms,toms all done in frylight,spagetti hoops

Snacks- Apple,Bannana

Dinner - Slimming world mag recipie chicken curry,(chicken,tinned toms, garlic,ginger, stock, fresh corriander,natural low fat yougurt,loads of spices) rice.

Syns- Wagon wheel origional -8
1, 25ml measure vodka,coke zero- 2.5
SW recipie samosa - 1

Total syns for today -11.5, total tooth giving me hell 1:mad:

Hi pencilskirt sorry to hear about your tooth i always think tooth pain is one of the worse pains you can experience hope you get to the dentist ok on monday.
diary looks fab so good luck with your weight loss what day do you weigh in x

Hey Choc !
Just back from hospital been there since 10am - turns out i have a abcess under the broken tooth no wonder it hurt!:argh: so im armed with antibiotics! dentists after evil lump is gone, im rocking the beaver look! Thank you for your comment i feel today is going to be tough to eat so i hope that dosent mess anything ill post when i manage to eat! xx (oh weigh in Mondays )

I have been doing EE, unofficially. i dont go to meetings etc just buying the mags and using this forum mainly. This week i am doing a green week to see how i go with that. Once apon a time i was a veggie and i love quorn so will see how i go :) Are you EE?

Good luck with extra easy pencilskirt...I started last Monday too and I'm doing extra easy :) first weigh in day tomorrow....I'll come back to your food diary tomorrow to let you know how I did and see how you got on...fingers crossed to both of us :)

Diary looks good...I've made that curry before from the slimming eats website...it's jubbly! I have it with rice and some salad...all kinds of lovely!

Hey Jodie! love that word jubbly! thats perfect word to describe it! :) I forgot the SF foods with it ... but it was bloody gorgeous, your a fellow monday yay, yes stay in touch do you have a diary? ill check we can support each other! xx

Good evening peeps!
Well in a huge codeine fog for evil tooth so please ignore any mistakes! Its been a funny day but here is my diary

HEA - 2x Slices dairylea light cheese slices
HEB - Small wholemeal roll


Brekkie - Mixed frozen berries (cherries,strawberries,blackcurrents,raspberries etc) low fat natural yougurt on top.

Lunch - None -Was at the point of removing my own tooth! so just could not eat..

Dinner- Homemade burgers ( extra lean beef mince,onion,garlic,fresh parsley salt and pepper) homemade SW wedges with paprika, lots and lots of salad lett,toms,peppers,cucumber,grated carrot,apple,spring onion.

Snacks - mullerlight, apple

Syns - I tblp ketchup
dash of skimmed milk- guessing 1?..
Wagon wheel - 8
painkillers...lost count ..
Total syns - 10 so far, thinking i may have a highlights hot choc later

I use jubbly quite a lot as it goes! :) I'll come up with some more words to describe food for you soon!!

Loving the homemade burgers...I don't understand why anyone would buy them when they smell so good if you make them yourself!! Plus it's fun to get your hands in the bowl!!

You put 1 syn for your dash of skimmed milk..I have no idea so stop me if I'm wrong but wouldn't it be 0.5 like the milk you use for tea?

Tooth sounds nasty...do what my grandad did...tie a piece of string round it and attach it to the door...then ask someone to shut it! lol ouch! I feel so sorry for you...I couldn't handle it! Hang in there...and think about the string lol!

AAAHHHH string the stuff of nightmares!!!
Cant wait for the blighter to be root caneled (never thought id here myself say that) but have to take course of antibiotics first.. oh goody only half a syn for the milk, i was guessing as i really wanted cheese that day for the burgers, only half a syn for milk oh how saintley of me lol! hope yr days going well ill post diary later x

Yep everything's good this end! Lunch was seriously delish and filling!

Glad I could help with the milk....half a syn can go a long way you know lol!!

Mon 7th Feb food diary
Yay weigh in 6lbs lost woo hoo!!

HEA - Skimmed milk (measured)
HEB - 2 x weeterbix

Brekkie - 2 x weeterbix, Sliced bannana,milk from HE

Lunch- Pasta in sauce (chesse and broc,asda,2.5 syns) toms,spring onions,sweetcorn,peas,peppers and a apple.


Dinner- leftover chicken curry and rice, Brocolli, carrots

Snacks- fruit, carrot sticks

Syns - pasta n sauce -2.5, lite choc mousse-3, wagon wheel 8 (what is it with wagon wheels..)

Total syns - 13.5

Lunch - Noodles (Asda chicken 2.5 syns) peppers,toms,cucumber,lett,spring onions

Dinner - None

Really bad day yesterday, I was made redundant in December so things are tough to say the least, its very de-motivating to apply for countless jobs i could do with my eyes closed and yet not even get a interview.... Anyway had a huge row with Tom because of the stress which left me feeling totally crap - So saw a freind and got through 2 bottles of wine and a sausage sandwich!, really cross with myself but have decided to draw a line under it and be straight back on plan tomorrow heres hoping its a better day.

Dinner - 2xpork chops fat removed,mash, brocolli and cauliflower.

Syns - Pasta n sauce - 1
gravy granules 3 level tsps - 3
alen light bar x 2 - 6
options - 1.5 TOTAL SYNS - 11.5

Snacks - mug shot - free
