Penn State 30g pretzels? Please :)

Does anyone know the syns in a 30g bag of Penn State sour cream and chive pretzels?

I would use the 20cal to one syn rule but it was way out last time I did it so thought I'd ask here

The 20 calorie rule should work mate! Pretzels have no 'free' food allowance in them!

the 20 calorie = 1 syn rule shouldn't be out, it is accurate for any foods that don't have a free food allowance, of course if it has a free food allowance then you need to use syn calculator.

But as these are a snack and don't have a free food allowance, the calculation will work.
