I haven't done SW for a couple of years, and started this morning. I'm going to try to keep a diary for the next few weeks to keep me on track.

Today was going well until OH suggested we get takeout, so I could watch the tennis, then they delivered free garlic bread with the takeout. I had the 2 smallest pieces, and the rest went in the bin. Only bonus is that if I hadn't been thinking SW I could have eaten chips, more garlic bread, more chocolate etc..

I'm off to a boozy BBQ tomorrow, so will try to stick to meat and salad.

Saturday

Knowing I was going to a BBQ tonight I tried to minimise what Healthy Extras and syns I had during the day. Although if I had eaten something not long before we left I might have managed to leave the crisps and dips alone.

However, I have still got 46 syns to last 5 days, so not a disaster.

Back to work, and away from all the weekend temptations. Really pleased to have stuck to 3 syns, especially as I'm not remotely hungry. Helps to balance out the weekend excesses !!

Wednesday

So the day started off well, then one of my colleagues went to the chippy for lunch. I said no thanks when he asked if anyone wanted anything. But then he only ate half his chips, and offered the remainder between me and one of my colleagues - just too tempting. However, I'm on a green day and have counted the syns. Then out came the biscuits. I declined the first and second times they were offered around, but the third time I was in the middle of a major rant about one of our departments expecting me to do most of their work and took one gratefully. I did only have 1 so stayed within my syns, just not quite as I'd planned.

Thursday

After yesterday's almost wobble, I was completely committed today. Attended a Zumba class, and stayed 100% all day :)
First weigh-in tomorrow, and I've stayed within my syns for the week (just!)
