    Hi Shamrock,

I make a pint of peppermint tea. Leave the pepermint bag to do its thing for 5 mins. Then I leave it to cool. Pop it in the blender when its cool, with the chocolate powder and hey ho a lovely shake.

It does taste a bit like mint choc chip!!

    I love it!!:bliss:

hey there ! how you doin today ???!!!! hope all is well with you :)

Peppermint tea (on CD anyway) is OK to have - anything from the 'leaf' - peppermint, green tea, nettle tea etc etc is fine (won't kick you outta ketosis) - NO furit teas (apple, raspberry etc etc) as these could delay you goin into ketosis and kick you out of it

stick with it Missus - you're doin great :D

    love

    Debz xx

Peppermint or plain old mint are both fine, LT headquarters say so, it's made from the leaf, like tea so does not take you out of ketosis. I agree with the others, in a choccy shake it's luuuurvely, enjoyxx
