    Is it true that when you have your period you actually bloat and this makes you weigh in heavier than u actually are until your period stops?

    Yes it can be, but at the same time if I've stuck to it I have had good losses at this time too

    I find that when I'm on my period no matter how healthy I'm eating or how much water I drink I still bloat. =/ But it goes away within a few days. It's not fun weighing in when you feel sluggish.
