Nice one! I do weekend gains like that too, but the good thing is that after a big weekend, if you do get straight back to it, it drops as fast as it went on - thus proving it's all water and stored carbs. Well done for dropping the extra lbs really fast.

Yeah well it is definately a big motivator to get right back on track before the damage becomes more permanent!!!!

3 weeks til my birthday - hoping to be in the 17's by then!!!!! Fingers crossed...

Well done Caryl - thats great.

Not been good myself this weekend as it was my birthday on Friday. Haven't gone mad but I have eaten. Had chicken tandoori on Friday & a spoonful of rice & on Sunday I had a tub of popcorn when I went to the cinema. Enjoyed it & I did SS+ on Monday & yesterday & on SS today.
