Here I go. I'm in it for the long haul this time.


I've weighed in at a whopping 13st13lbs at only 5ft I feel as wide as I am tall! I've chosen my goal weight at 11st so we'll call it 3 stone to go.

I have done Slimming World before but it's all changed now, I'm looking forward to my week ahead!
If I can work it out I will post photos but I love recipes & I'll share as many as I can.
