Piggys I WILL succeed at weekends food diary!

Hi

I have been doing SW for long enough to be embarrassed by how much I've lost! Actually I got within 9lbs of target then relaxed too much and put a stone back on.

Anyway my downfall is weekends, I seem to have a mental block of what I've eaten when I've stuck my head in the cupboard! This diary is my last resort to help me back into track esp at the weekend.

I do mainly red and green so here goes....

1st entry tonight! (feel a bit more motivated already)

Breakfast
2 alpen light heb1
1 shape rhubarb crumble yog 1/2 Syn
Banana


Mid morning snack
Strawberries

Lunch
Pasta n sauce, extra veg and HEA cheese
Mullet light yoghurt

Mini milk (1.5)
Special k mini breaks (5 syns)

Dinner
Spicy chickpea and lentil soup
Apple crumble yoghurt 1/2 Syn
Apple

Evening snack
Weetabix x2 HEA no2
HEA milk
Banana

Syns 7.5

Might have to add an options hot choc to it later if the chocolate munches come calling!!
 
Well that was the first 'on plan' Sunday for quite a while so the diary did the trick yesterday!! Woo hoo


Red day today......
 
18th June -red day

WW yoghurt
2 x weetabix and milk HEB and HEA
Banana

Snack - cherry bake well alpen light mmmmm 1/2 HEB

Ham salad
Muller light yoghurt

Snack - aldi French fries 3 1/2 syns
Apple

Salad
2 x WW sausages 1 Syn
HEA cheese
BBQ sauce 2 syns

choc and fudge alpen light 1/2 HEB

Total syns 6 1/2
 
Just got home from work and I'm really hungry so altering dinner slightly - I'm going to have a HEB wm pitta bread with it.

So synning the earlier alpen and cancelling the one later

So total syns 10 I think!
 
+4 syns for 24g of marshmallow fluff!! Love this stuff and satisfies my sweet tooth before I eat something with LOTS more syns!!
 
Plan for today....

19th June green day

6:30am shape crumble yoghurt and alpen light (to keep me going until breakfast at work at around 9:30) 1/2 Syn and 1/2 HEB

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix with milk and banana HEA + HEB

Lunch - Pasta salad
Shape crumble yoghurt 1/2 Syn

Dinner - SW chips, LM red onion and rosemary sausages (2 syns???) and beans.

Pudding - fruit and muller light yoghurt with crumbled alpen light 1/2 HEB

Snacks - apple. Pineapple

Syns - 3 so far (need to check synnage on sausages)
 
20th June - red day

Breakfast - 2xweetabix and milk and banana HEB and HEA

Lunch - 6 x wm crackerbread and choc Philadelphia (2nd HEB and 4 syns)
Shape yoghurt 1/2 syn

Dinner - ham and cheese omelette and salad HEA
WW desert style yoghurt

Snacks - apple, raw carrots, cherries and velvet crunch (4 syns)

Total syns 8.5
 
I've not had this many 100% days in AGGGES!!!

Just seen that Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion sausages are free so yesterday was 9 syns total.

Had to alter dinner and change to a green day.

So dinner

Rice, lm rosemary and red onion sausages, sweetcorn and roasted red peppers and HEA of cheese.

So syns are 8.5 so far :)

Extra easy day

Breakfast - porridge and milk HEB and HEA

Snack- alpen light 3.5 syns

Lunch - mug shot, apple and banana
Shape yoghurt 0.5 syns

Weigh in at 6pm

Dinner chicken fajitas (but no wraps) SW chips and salad and 6 syns of cheese

Small bag of jelly tots 5 suns
 
Well done on 2lbs loss :) I'm the same, really need to control my weekend eating.

Snack - pineapple And rocky road hifi 3 syns

Lunch - homemade minestrone soup (free)
Shape yoghurt 1/2 Syn

Snack - apple

Dinner - fajita chicken, SW chips (no wrap) salad and cheese (6 syns)

total syns 9.5
 
Oops felt poorly last night (still do) so comfort ate....lots of things I shouldn't have.

It didn't make me feel better...I just feel guilty and bloated!

I'll try to draw a line under it and start again today :-(
 
Aww, hope you start to feel better. Drink lots of water to flush everything away
 
Thank you! I do feel a bit better today thank you just got some ear ache! Nothing worse than ear ache or tooth ache!

Today was a bit busy and have been out of the house all day so just picked.

Going to have a run on the treadmill tonight and watch anything but football :-o

Dinner - leftover chicken fajita no wrap and salad.
