Pilates dvd

Hi all, does anyone use pilates dvds to tone up? Im thinking of buying one for the days that im achy or too tired to hit the gym. Has anyone tried any of the 10 minute solutions pilates dvd?

Hi, not herd of this one. I bought one yesterday - Louise Solomon Yogalates. my mum lost a stone last year after doing pilates, before she started SW. let me know how you get on! x
