Finaly started after class last night:

On fast track so have a plan to follow but thought I would start posting my food diary...

Breakfast

Special K and skimmed milk

Mid am

Apple

Lunch

Wholemeal pitta, salad, turkey (230 cals)
Yogurt (50 cals)

Mid Pm

apple

Dinner

Salmon, new pots and veg!

Will deffo miss eating something tonight lol x x

Well done, off to a great start. :D If you feel hungry, keep drinking diet drinks, you will find it will take the edge off the hunger pangs. If you are really desperate for something tonight, have some carrot and cucumber sticks to munch on. It will get you through. It does get easier around day 3 when your body has adjusted to the amount you have to eat, and then you won't be hungry. Good luck for your first week.:D:D

hi menu looks good, what i do so im not hungry in the evenings is not having my power snacks during the day but save them for the evening and have them with a yogurt as i dont have the full quota of milk

Hiya Diary a bit neglected! Due to a surprise weekend away from hubby!! Needless to say haven't done the diet but staring today!

Lunch

Pitta prawn salad and sweet chilli and WW yogurt

PM Snack

Apple

Tea

Salmon, New pots green veg

Tonight

Special K and milk and an apple

Didnt have brekkie today so will have that tonight! Is this ok to do?
