Piri piri chicken aldi

Hi peeps. Does anyone know the syns of these please. It's fresh chicken breast with piri piri spices on them. Out of fridge.

Hi, they must be newer than my book, but they do a frozen half chicken with piri piri and that is 11 syns for 225g if that's of any help.

If it's just fresh chicken breast and spice it should be free? Check the ingredients for sugar etc though.
