right ikea didnt happen as car is having a service but have promised we will take the kids to pizza hut as soon as its done..... my question is is all salad cart free ( and asking in hope but not very confidently ) is the crouton and bacon bit things free ???? i know thats a silly question really lol whats the best pasta to have too ???? thanks peeps

No, alot of it is not free. The pasta in the salad cart is only free if its plain, although theres one with roasted veggies sometimes (maybe free?) Cous cous is not free, potatoe and cloeslaw salad obviously not free, the new potato salad i believe is in oil and the bacon and croutons are deffo not free by far. All the info is in the food directory or you can look up nutrional info online and put it into the calculator. I the best cooked pasta is probably the tomato sauce based ones. I always have salads from there to be on the safe side.
