Planning and reviewing

OK, this is relatively new to me, and I'm not REALLY properly starting until next week... but...

So far today:

banana for breakfast
apple for a snack
heinz minestroni soup for lunch, with chunk of cucumber
handful of pea shoots from waitrose
4x handfuls of frozen peas as snacks (bit random, but it was hot)
another apple for a snack
another banana as a snack

dinner this evening:
lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, pea shoots, pickled onions ,chopped gerkins, carrot, cottage cheese, herbs n spices

drinks:
fizzy plain water x6 today

Sooo... How have I done? Id this SW friendly?
 
Apple for breakfast
Pot rice for lunch
Slimming bar for snack

Diet coke, water, mint tea...
