Gotta Make A Change
So as chrimbo is approaching
whats your ideal present, what movies you planning on watching over the festive season, is anyone going away over the xmas period if so, where to :)

Off to my mums, we live in Scotland but I am from Surrey, so we are off there.
They are all LL friendly so I can not eat and it isn't a problem.

Getting an iPhone3G woohoo! Can't wait.
I love films so will watch as many as poss.

What about you kenshin? What are you up to?
Tell me a good film to watch over xmas.

We are off to Greece to spend Christmas with my parents who live out there.

But, we will still be watching Crimbo movies and dancing a lot! :p

I'm looking forward to wearing new heels and party clothes! xx :)

Rik & I are spending Chrimble eve - Boxing Day with my older sister & bro in law. They are coming to us. Christmas eve we will watch TV, nibble nice food and have a few drinks.

Christmas day I will cook probably with help from sister gorgeous whilst we watch more christmas TV and chill.

Boxing day we will go to sister beautiful's house and spend the day with her, her partner, my Mum & step Dad and sister stunner :) chilling, having some food, drinks and watching christmas movies.

Amongst all of that we will exchange gifts and relax lots!

As for pressies, I always love the lil surprises I get from family. I am making a list of bits & pieces I would like from Rik. We also agree an amount we will spend on each other :)

I can't wait to decorate our house this year. I want it to be all festive and I want a real tree - I love the smell. Makes the mess worth it he he

LMAO
Before I met my DH he would spend christmas day installing the latest version of Linux on his computer and playing with it, and eating toast.
Now the poor bugger has to put up with me and DD, the christmas queens, DD even sings christmas songs all year round.
(He isn't a bah humbug by the way, it was just his family's way, he has started to enjoy it now though) Like he has a choice, LOL.

:26:

I am buying myself (no gf or kids) an xbox for christmas and plan on getting my moneys worth that weekend.

Get an xbox and mw2 or FIFA and I'll play you online sulley :)

my Xmas has always been big

AHhhh cmon man you'll completely bum me. I havent played an xbox before so ill just keep losing. And I dont like to lose!!!!

what games you planning on getting for it?

I finish work on the evening of the 23rd then it's home to sort out the crimbo dinner for Hubby, Brother and best friend which consists of Curry!! Yeah, we aren't really turkey fans, although, some of us will enjoy a very hot and yummy pack while they eat the fruits of my labour!! Well seen I love cooking, whether I am eating it on not!
Pressies, well, I am getting, wait for it, a new LPG gas hob. Wow, my OH knows how to treat a lady!!!
Ho hum, with any luck there might be something a bit more pressie like under the tree!
Happy to just chill out and enjoy time with Loved ones. Not fussed about what we watch, anything will do me and I know that our Wii will be hammered something cronic.

Tell yourself that you will have just as much fun and socialising, just not the food, eat with your eyes and nose. :)

Oooo, i love christmas! Being half Polish i usually eat a 12 course dinner with lots of vodka on xmas eve at my bro's! not this year. That's gonna be haaarrrd!!! :( Will just keep thoughts that on the 1st feb (my b'day) i should be a slim little stunner lol. :) xx

I'm feeling really motivated by all the pictures on this forum!! amazing! don't feel like eating now if i end up lookin as slim as some of these ladies :) so inspiring! I'm in such a good mood now knowing that by xmas i'll be a lot slimmer. Bring on saturday!! xx

We have daughter and BF coming down on Christmas Eve which I'm so looking forward to. Last year she was due to be posted to Afghanistan on Jan 4th, which we weren't looking forward to, but she had her leg broken on Boxing Day so it was all a bit of a bummer.

Best pressy would be to have son here too but he's loving it in Oz so I'm just happy he's happy!

Awww foxtrot sounds good :) nothing beats spending time with the ones we love :)

Well, will start xmas by baking some things on xmas eve to bring to the inlaws. xmas day will start with a long walk on the beach - great for contemplating the end of another year. :)

Then home, wake the hubby, laod the car and pile off the the inlaws.

A fair amount will be spent missing my friends and family back home, I have not had xmas with my family for 8 years, and while I adore my inlaws, I realllly miss my mum at xmas. I hope to have another xmas with her. Maybe next year.

Then I have the week after xmas off and I plan to tuck myself in my studio, break out canvases and do some painting.

Cant wait for the break!
