rigght here i go, as you have seen ive been really stuggling to stick to tfr these last few weeks, had good loss lastweek but not even been to get wieghed today as ive been bad all week and have gained a lbs on my scales, im gona get weiged thursday hopig ill have lost it again:D

but heres my big diallemma, im fed up, ive had enough but still got just over a stone to lose, everyday now my minds in turmoil of wether to carry on or lose the last stone alone

when i first came here i decided i would just use lipotrim as a kickstart and ended up losing 3 stone of my 4 and was doing really well............ive got some good ideas of how to eat healthy, maybe atkins for the last stone? or i ws thinnking about having 2 shakes and an evening meal as my pharmacist suggested to me a while back, and im thinking if i eat zero or low carb meal i may even stay in ketosis? buy the way ive knocked myself out this week:mad:

i kow you will all say its up to me but i really need genuine advice from anyone who has left and done another diet to lose thier last bit, and also people who are still on it

my heads driving me crazy and im now snapping at the kids lots again, as im so bored and stressed, and just had enough now but then the next min my heads sayin no get your head sorted and do this, it may only take me 3-4 weeks which is nothing but im miserable

so do i change diet to lose the last stone and feel happier but very upset with myself its taKING ME DOUBLE the time to lose it or stick at it grrrrrrrrrrr:jelous:

helpppppppppppp guys im going crazy here now

I really don't know the answer hun, but you have got to do what is right for you and your family.

One thing is certain though.. you should NOT be upset with yourself at all... look how much you have done.. It really is amazing.

It might be worth speaking to your pharmacist about re-feeding.. At least that way you can introduce some food, so it won't feel such a hard slog, but you will hopefully continue to lose weight.

No diet is worth getting that stressed over hun, and certainly not worth upsetting your family life over.

Could you last till Thursday and maybe speak to the pharmacist... You might be surprised and even have lost!

Whatever you decide, as long as it is right for YOU, it can never be wrong x x

God Nat I don't know what to say to you your losses
have been so good and your transformation is amazing
I think if you've had enough maybe take a break for two weeks and see
how you are on Atkins I am on week seven this week and
I hope to do another three weeks on lipotrim tfr at that point I think Ill
have enough then Im switching to Exante for last bit
Think it's important to listen to your body the last thing you want
is to keep going and resent it and hve a massive blow out when you get to
    goal x

If you are not happy on the diet then its time to stop and change.
You will lose weight slower by using other ways but aslong as you are not bothered by that and that you are happy with what you are doing that should be all that matters :)

You have done a fantastic job so far and you feel great not 'desperate' as you probs were when you started, so you have lost your motivation. However think back to when you started if someone said you could be at goal in 3/4 weeks wouldnt you have grabbed it with both hands? You only have 3/4 weeks to be at goal that is amazing. Then you can move on to the difficult job of maintenance this will be a different struggle but at least you will look hot whilst doing it. Why stop and struggle with another diet when LT clearly works for you? You are nearly there!! Just my opinion huni , good luck with what ever you decide xx

Hi Nat, i know the feeling all to well, it seems to be a theme that when people get near to the end of the diet and not much left to lose it gets a lot harder.... If my mistake can be any help then i say use me as an example, you read about what happended to me. not much left to lose and came off to go to Atkins and fell straight off the wagon in a matter of days... I so so so wish i had not came off now as it would be 10 days later and i wouldnt feel like i do now (crap). If you can hack it Id advise to stick with it... i certainly wish i would of... im back on day1TFR now and feel like ive wasted 10 days..... good luck, lets the ride the next few weeks out together! x

hi hun only you know if you think it can be controlled having one meal and 2 shakes if it was me and i was feeling that low i would add a meal for a week with the intention of going back to tfr the following week that way youve had your meal and it might lift your spirits to be strong until your goal hope that helps hun

Hi Nat, Sounds to me like you have a new lifestyle now and are finding tfr does not fit in with it. Possibly a refeed/maintenance style would suit, so you have 2 LT products and one meal (atkins GI etc) and occasionally a sneaky wine if need be but that would affect ketosis. Thats my thoughts anyway. Hope you find the right answer. xx

Poor pet, you have not had an easy journey on TFR at all. You struggled badly early on and then seemed to hit your stride and were doing well and now you seem to have hit a bad patch again. Only you will know what will make you feel better.
Switching from TFr to any other diet will mean slower losses. If you are happy with that then you have many choices and it will be a matter of finding one that suits you.
Personally, I switched from TFR to a GL plan and have loved it. Yes the losses slow down but I now have great eating habits and am so happy with GL. For me it will be my plan for life.
Best of luck and go with what is going to make you happiest.

    Hey Nat,

I go through the same patches you have. I start off fine, and go through and it seems the longer I'm "good" I feel great, and everything is going really well. Then out of the blue one day I'm just finding it really difficult. I think constantly about food, nothing but food all day. And having to cook for the lilun and my partner makes it real difficult.

I've thought myself about quitting the diet, and trying a different one, but I have alot more to lose then you, and I feel like this diet is my last chance to get my weight under control and feel good about myself again.

But even though I know I can do this if I really put my mind to it, some days it seems like I just don't want to do it anymore, that I want something nice and not boring.

I think you need to do what is best for yourself. I had a few snaps where I couldn't do it anymore and gave in, then I would think of that as my last 'naughty' day and that I would start again afresh from tomorrow, and try to get my motivation up that way.

Whichever you decide to do, you have done great on this diet, maybe you could weigh up the times of your normal loss a week to how long it would take you to reach your goal, to that of another diet, it might help you decide.

yeah deffo maybe i think the new lifestyle, new boyfriend, very in love with each other already after 1 month, but it feels so right:eek:, so it all comes onto consideration when all these thoughts are going round in my head

in the long run ill be happier at goal as soon as i can:D

no its been hard but also easier then expected if that makes sense lol, ive done so well up to now and think ive sorted my head out, ive already got so many good ideas about how im gona eat after but for now im gona stick with tfr
hey hunni be honest ikm so glad its not just me, today ive bought 3 size 12 yes 12 tops woohoo, but im still 14 bottoms, my boyfriend thinks its just right and so do many other people i know but ive decided to getg back on track for now......

and i totally get the start afresh tomorrrow thing ive been saying it every day lol:rolleyes:

anyway guys last night i sat and spoke to my BF about this, and he says im fine as i am to him but if i have a goal he will support me:) i think also one of the things i have in my head is he likes the fuller figure woman, like as in size 16 and around, higher or lower, so instead of with many men thinking what if im too fat with him i think what if i get to slim for him, but he assures me hel want me bigger or smaller, so im gona go for my aim and im gona do this

last night i had a treat with him wine and some cheesecake lol, and today ive been 100 percent and will continue thats way hopfully until goal

all i think is if i stop now and gain then im gona regret it bigtime, but if i get to goal or a little under i have a few lbs to play with, so thanks to my BF and u lot here, my head inwell and truely back to normal for now and i dont know why ive been so silly, ive wasted at least two weeks messing around and could be at goal now, my own stupid fault but when i reach goal in 3-4 weeks ill be so happy

also i felt so sexy today in my new size 12 tops, he loved them, and i felt lovely and sexy in them, so now i know im a smaller size on top then bottom so aiming for a 12 bottom and 10 top, and im gona finish my journey with you guys, i really wouldnt be here with out you all on this thread, so thank you for keeping me head and heart in the right place
