Can the lovely product developers at Cambridge, who have brought us some brilliant flavours, not least the porridge, create a carb free pasta substitute! I'm having Tuna salad, but I want tuna and mushroom pasta!

I'll be fine, but I just thought I'd throw the idea out there..

Aww. They did have a pasta dish at one point. It wouldn't be carb free, as it's important to have carbs.

Anyway....unfortunately, it was a flop and not available any more :(

mmmm, I miss crisps the most, a low carb savory that isn't soup would be good, and before anyone says you can make crisps out of the soup, I did that when I was on cambridge 3 years ago and found them too salty. So yeah something savory and chewy would be good!

it used to be that it was said that you could 'cook' one pack to make crisps or muffins, but you are told not to now. I cant remember now, but I think you made the pack into a thick sludge and either microwaved or grilled them. But back 3 years ago you had less choice of bars and no ss+, I think it is easier to do the diet now, but wish CD would do something crunchy and savory

porridge, now in sachets from CD, dont like it personally as I find it too sweet and very powdery, but others here love it. It does seem to stop some people to slow their weight loss, but not everyone. Think it may be a bit higher in carbs

I really like the porridge, I add a sweetner to it and heat it up in the microwave.

It's quite filling and you can eat it with a spoon just like normal food, :) lol
