Hi everyone, I have lost 11lb so far and am struggling to get the last 4.5lbs off to get to target!


I am going to put my food diaries on here and if anybody notices anything they think doesnt look right feel free to let me know!


I am getting really fed up of putting a pound on, half off, half on, one off!!! :)

Monday is extra easy
B: HEXb 28g weetabix minis with HEXa milk

L: Mackeral pate (mackeral fillets, quark, lemon juice) with 1 HEXb ryvita, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes and pineapple

D: Beef stew with cornflour (3syns?) and 1/3 casserole mix (2syns?) with new potatoes, cauliflower and cabbage
Fat free natural yogurt with raspberries, blueberries nd 2tsp honey (2syns)

Snack: 1 ryvita (1.5syns) with mackeral pate and an options hot choc sachet (2syns) with water and the rest of the HEXa milk

Ok (you asked for it) for your breakfast, as it's EE, you should have had some fruit.

No idea on the syn values but check the syn value forum if you don't have access to SW online :)

Thanks :) what do u mean coz its EE? Would I not have had to if it was red or green?

Diary for today:
Tuesday - EE
B: Mushrooms, tomatoes, x2 eggs scrambled, half a tin of baked beans and worcesteshire sauce


L: HEb x4 ryvitas and the last of the mackeral pate from yesterday with a sliced green pepper


Snack: Fat free natural yogurt, blueberries and 2 tsp honey (2syns)


D: SW recipe Quorn sausage and bean casserole (without the bacon) x3 sausages (3syns) with cabbage and cauliflower

Snacks: Frozen pineapple stick so its like a lolly! :) x2 Coffee with HEa milk and green tea, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and red grapes with an options hot choc (2syns) using the last of HEa milk

Today's looks really good :)

What I meant was your breakfast yesterday didn't include superfree so I would add some fruit to it. On red & green there are different limitations and more weighing bur I hardly do these.

O right so when youre doing EE you have to have 1/3 superfree veg or fruit is that right? But not on red or green? Or am I getting it wrong lol

On red or green you have less/different A and B choices but can have more of them. Ok I just confused myself!

The 1/3 superfree rule us just for EE yes but it's still good to have SF on red and green days too. They should always be your first choice when snacking too.

Read some of the EE threads as they'll explain it better than me :)

It is now * week :( also going out Saturday night for drinks so dont think I will lose at next weeks WI which is Monday. Going to try my best NOT to have a sneaky pizza or kebab on the way home! Which will be hard coz Im always starving after a night out

Dairy for today: Wednesday was extra easy again

B: Mushrooms, tomatoes, x1 scrambled egg and beans left over from the casserole last night, x2 HEb small wholemeal toast and 2tsp lurpak (4syns)


L: Mild mexican savoury rice with added chopped up pepper and cucumber, pineapple


D: Plaice with rice with onion, garlic, chilli, carrot, pepper, mushrooms, chicken stock and curry powder and pak choi and babycorn


Snacks: x3 coffee with HEa milk, a small chunk of cheese (syns?) and some red grapes

Diary for today so far:

Thursday - extra easy
B: Fried mushrooms and egg in frylight on x2 slices HEb wholemeal toast with 2tsp lurpak (4syns) and some strawberries


L: Jacket potato with ff cottage cheese from SpudULike (dont know how many syns the cottage cheese is) and some pineapple


Plan for dinner is pasta carbonara mmm cant wait :D

Hello there

Your diary Looks good I am also a student nurse! How far are you into training? How are you finding it? I find it hard when I'm on placement to be organised as I'm so tired! I'm also close to target and it is not coming off! I have 8lbs to go but it will not shift
