    soup made with, butternut squash, onion, carrots, chilli flakes, garlic and veg stock.

    I am right in thinking this would be 0points arnt I???

    Ive just tasted it, I think ive gone a bit mad with the chilli flakes.lol.
    I think I might cook a chicken breast and mix with some soup then serve it on top if some rice, what do you think??

    That sounds nice. I always find that, if I've made something a bit too spicy, they having it with rice helps.
