Please help I need motivation!!!

Ok, so I'm starting slimming world again and this time I wanna stick to it. Last time I did it I lost 1 stone and stopped so I piled it on again. This time around I wanna lose that one stone plus another three if I can. This will bring me down to my healthy bmi.
My problem is once I start I lose track and start slacking so I was wondering if fellow slimmers could help by suggesting ways and words for keeping motivated throughout the day!!
