tomorrow (which may i add is the day before weigh in) im supposed to be going to a leaving do at F&B.. I've studied the menu and have no idea what to have... its starting to get me into a bit of a tizz and I may cancel.

I had a look at this a few days ago as we like f&b. It might be best for you to stick with steak and swap your fries for a jacket potato.

I wasn't able to find any info on syn values so if you manage to find them, please let me know!!!
