hello, how you all doing? im new to this site and sw. started sw on Tuesday and not sure im doing it right please can you look at my last two days food diary please. any help or suggestions will be great thanks

day one! i think is a red day.

breakfast
6 grapes
1 apple all free
black coffee free

peach free

lunch

pasta pot bachelor soup tomato and herb heb

melon free

diet coke

dinner
mushrooms
peppers
lean mince
passata
onion
sweetcorn all free

spaghetti heb number 2

quavers 4 syns


that's day one, if im doing it wrong please help


day two green day i think

breakfast

1 weetabix heb

muller yogurt free
4 strawberry's
6 grapes all free

lunch
fanta zero free
pasta twists
passta
half tin chopped toms
sweetcorn
peas
peppers
quorn sausage all free


pineapple as snack free

dinner

fanta zero free
chicken heb
4 extra light laughing cow triangles hea
2 table spoon muller yogurt free
pepper
cucumber
lettuce
carrot all free

syn value is 0 unless i have a hot choc like i reallllllllly want!! lol

Hi hun, if you're doing sw alone without the use of xenical you may be better of posting in the sw section as thats the main support forum for sw...and there may be people here who don't know anything about sw... hope that makes sense ;)

no worries... if you click on diets, follow the column down until you see slimming world...thats where the info is...

Sorry I do do sw - but unless your pasta is wholemeal you can't used it as a heb on red - it would be synned!! Xx
