Extra Easy Days Please help.....Success express

Hello. I need some help. I want to do a few days of success express this week but I am a little confused. I understand filling 2/3 of my plate with super free food but what about the remaining 1/3 is this free food from the EE plan or do I choose a red/green day and use free food from them? For example could I have chicken AND jacket potatoe free on success express? or do I use chicken as hex on green etc? really hope this makes sense
