please help! what am i doing wrong?

Hi all, im a bit low today :cry: ive weighed a day early as I really dont feel ive been loosing weight and hey presto.. ive put on 1lb!!
what am i doing wrong?
this is my typical daily food:
brecky - scrambled egg (2) with baked beans
lunch - big bowl of pasta with 28g parmesan, tomato, peppers and seasoned
dinner - either pasta with parmesan, lemon, and fresh herbs or
potato with cheese, onion, mushroom etc...
so 0 syns
i used all my syns up on the weekend hence why im not allowing any running up to weighing?
could anyone help xx

I know they say in meeting you can eat as much as you like of "free" food, but it needs to be balanced out with super free foods. I suggest you add more super free to your diet, salads fruits and fiber. They say you should have a 3rd of free foods and the rest supper free. Also find the more I drink the better the loss

I agree, you really need that 1/3 superfree. It's hard to get it in for breakfast, but maybe you could mix some mushrooms or peppers in with your eggs? Or have some fruit with weetabix?

Also, it may be because you're using all your syns in a short space of time. You might find your weight loss is better if you spread your syns more evenly through the week :)

I agree with the others completely, your not eating enough super free foods, nowhere near enough!!! Try having super free snacks too like fruit or carrot sticks..... Not quite chocolate or crisps but it helps with your weight loss no end!!! You can't just eat free foods and expect to lose, you have to have at least 1/3 super free with every meal!!! Xxx

I don't think you're eating enough full stop. I used to be the same. BUlk up your free and superfree around meals. Make soups for snacks using loads of superfree and make up bowls of chopped fruit. That's how I make sure I'm getting superfree in me - I make both, pop them in the fridge and then make sure I have some of each a couple of times a day. Life savers!
