PLEASE HELP....what day?!?!?

    Ok so today so far iv had......Porridge (B), milk (A), apple, banana, 3x babybel light (A), 2x pickled eggs.......so for dinner i was going to have spiced mince and mashed swede to have a RED day but at lunch i fell into a trap and had fish and chips :(
    How can i save this day???

    Agree with Vixxter, Extra Easy but what kind of fish and chips? SW or takeaway...
    If it's a takeaway it's a minimum of 32 syns for fish and chip... so you would need to count it, and perhaps have a flexi day or cut right back for the rest of the wee!

    ^Oh I was assuming that she made them, like a cod fillet and SW chips. Umm yeah. Syn em if you haven't!

    unfortunately it was take away :( only a handful of chips but fish with batter. Would i be better just having a mullerlight and fruit salad for my dinner?

    Don't starve yourself! Count the fish in batter and the chips as syns, have your red dinner, maybe a bit of a smaller portion and fridge the rest for tomorrow or Monday, and start again afresh tomorrow!
