    hi there
i add coffee to the choc and vanilla packs - with ice crushed they taste like frappes.
add tabasco to soups and black pepper

if there is just one you can have then stick with that - i know some people who have nothing but chocolate ones

I make vanilla hot - it completely changes the flavour or I mix half chocolate and half banana. My friend also hated all the packs she told herself that it was fuel and got it down as quickly as possible - Hope this helps. Yx

hot chocolate with the chocolate pack is my fave so far. I oddly like the mushroom soup with a little bit tabasco in.

Porridge and a bit of chocolate also good. Bit like chocolate ready brek.

Mixing the flavours is fun too -- Chocolate Strawberry, Strawberry Banana, Thai Veggie soup, Or Chicken Mushroom soup, etc.

You could try a Chocolate shake mixed, hot or cold with Peppermint tea....thats lush.

Play around, and hope you find something you like. :)

you should be able to do some swaps for the ones you really dont like. I found I needed 2 sweetners in choc and vanilla. I loved them hot with a spoon of coffee in. have a look at some of the recipe pages too (in sticky's)

    1 choc pack + 1 vanilla pack + 2 pints of water + high-speed blending for 2 minutes = YUM!

I have that made from my last 2 packs every day, it makes up to almost 2.5 pints' worth of drink, the chocolate tastes sweeter and a lovely vanillary aftertaste too :)

I hate the soft chewy bars (lemon/toffee)

but if I cut into 8 pieces and microwave for 50 seconds (any more and they burn),
leave to cool slightly - and they turn into lovely crunchy biscuits which taste nothing like they do when chewy and soft

well done on the 9lbs. superb start.

no I have not had a biccy or wanted one either. I do not feel the need and I would not want to risk dropping out of ketosis for a few moments of snackage pleasure.

I am also incredibly tight fisted and spending £70 and not succeeding because of a hobnob seems like I would have wasted my money.

stick to it and you'll do well aI am sure.

So far I have found keeping busy as the best way to stop wanting to nibble. This week walking ahas done that for me.

    Hi,

A biscuit will likely not affect the scales- however - it is s sign your head is winning.... ;) And your head may mow tell you to have another, cause thatone didn;t hurt, and so on, etc....so best you stick to the plan for the best and lasting results. :)
