    :wave_cry: Hi,

I've just had my 5th weekly weigh-in and lost only 1 pound. I am on my period, so is this weight loss normal? I'm worried that i won't lose any next week...any reassurance would be great!

    Thank you so much x

I had a couple of weeks were my losses were 1lb or just over and I don't have totm any more! I still managed to lose 3&1/2st in 15 weeks. Don't be disheartened, don't let it get to you. You lost a stone in 4 weeks and that's fantastic! Every bit is in the right direction. Just stick at it - it really is worth it!! x

Well done for your first loss! It was really disheartening when I stepped on those scales this week, but I'm keeping hopeful that I'll get another big loss next weigh-in. Leet me know how you do:)

5 stone in 8 weeks that's brilliant. Had a tough day today only day 3 but reading this has helped! Well done :)
