Can i join please i think im needing support from people that are in the same boat as me. I'm feeling FAT today very fat (i know i am) im feeling a bit, no a lot overwhelmed by how much I need to lose. Yes I know I have lost 2 st and it feels good but with 11 more to go it just seems overwhelming. Today I want to eat junk. But it was eating junk that got me in this state and when I buy even so much as a mars bar I can see what people are thinking "here she goes again. Stuffing her face, she's such a fat cow" or ''no wonder shes fat'' or something like that.
WI today and tempted not to go but I know that if I don't it will be hard to go back. I hate WI and hate being the fastest one there. Most of the others don't look like they need to lose anything. It so Grrr

Never ever kick yourself for feeling down. We can't all be perfect all the time. What matters is that, when you're ready, you get back on track. This is your journey, for yourself, and you can do it any way you want.

If you keep seeing food, or yourself, as "bad", it will be difficult. It's OK to feel frustrated, it's OK to eat, there's no judgement in it, it's just life.

Now tomorrow, you'll be right back on plan again. This is how people learn- they practice and practice, and when they make a mistake they start again and do it over. That's all this is- practice for a healthy life.

I know what you mean about non-fat people making you feel self-conscious. This is why I think there should be size 18+ fitness classes- no skinny minnies! :D
