But using fat free natural yoghurt or fromage frais and curry powder (not paste cos of oil) you get quite a good result... maybe some chilli powder in...

chicken tikka my fav. If you just want a dry chicken tikka. cut up your chicken into cubes, marinade in some garlic, chilli and ginger some tikka powder and yoghurt. i leave mine overnight and then stick on skewers and grill.

Or my friend made curry in the same way. Cooked up the chicken, added the yoghurt at last minute though and warmed so she had like a wet curry instead of just dry tikka.

I have a curry type dish almost daily, apart from when I eat steak. Its the spices that get me through.

I fry off an onion, a pepper (confession I do use about a tsp of olive oil) when softened, I add the chicken, cook for a couple of mins, then 1 tsp ea curry powder, chilli powder, chopped garlic, approx tsp tomato puree, then I add some water, reduce and finally I add a dollop of philly ex light and a dollop of fat free greek yogurt. Its yummy.

Oh yeah very happy just hope it tastes good!! you all know what my first 'celebration' meal is gonna be lol!
