please read...is this too much

Hi everyone I'm.worried my portion size is too much even tho I do have a big appetite at meal times today for lunch I had a whole packet of BBQ chicken from Sainsbury which is 1 syn, I whole pack of express rice which was 2 syns and a side salad. Is this too much xx
 
I'm assuming the salad was your 1/3 plate superfree.

I'd happily eat that amount at lunchtime & feel ok about what I'd eaten. Just remember not to stuff your face until you feel too full, just eat enough to satisfy yourself.

The key thing that you should remember is that you should eat when you are hungry and stop once you are full - as long as you're eating your 1/3rd SuperFree, and not just eating for eatings sake then no, it is not too much.
