A pint of water. a warm bath, brush your teeth and go to bed early...don't give in....look online for a nice dress for Christmas..that's what I do! Good luck :)

Watch something good on tv? Read a book. Just think if you eat something outwith your plan then you have wasted the last 2 days. You can do it... :)

Browse the internet, I think I have been online far more than when I wasn't on it!
