started RC today. following the 1200 cal diet for 2 weeks.but im confused on it, mainly on the recipes in magazines,one in particular its around 265 cals for the dish, but main meals around 400, so that would be alot of veg to make up the cals? as it said add additional veg excluding pots.i dont get this or how to make it up?can anyone help on this? its also same with the solo meals, alot are around 250-300 cals but again need loads and loads veg to make up!!
