Just wanted to pop by and say hello.. I'm starting the exante diet on Wednesday and have been told this website is where the support is :) look forward to getting to know some of you.
 
Hi!! I'm new too!! Not on any diet, just calorie counting to help me lose a stone. Started at 11st now at 10st 11 1/2. Been calorie counting for almost 2 months now but only within the last week or so I have started losing the weight. I do squats on a daily basis to tone my stomach up and occasionally do sit ups too. I try not to eat more than 1200 calories a day but sometimes I do go over on them. I now drink water to suppress my appetite if I start to feel peckish! My weigh in day is on Wednesday :) hope to hear your story so far!
