I have a recipe for brown bread which we make here quite a lot. Any idea on how to work out the propoints?
Ingredients as follows...
275g Coarse Wholemeal flour
175g Cream plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon bread soda
500 ml buttermilk
1 tablespoon oil
This makes one loaf. What do I do now?!!
