Points for exercising

Hi all

I'm trying to understand how to work out extra points for excercising.

I go to the gym 3 times a week can you please tell me if I've worked my points correctly:

I spend 40 minutes on treadmile 20 minutes running 20 minutes hill walking so I worked that out to be in total 2 points (0.5 for walking & 1.5 for running).

On the bike I spend 20 minutes I worked it out to be 0.5 points

Stretching for 10 minutes 0.5 points.

Weights I spend 30 minutes which I work out is 2.5 points.

I also use a cross trainer for 20 minutes but I don't know how many points that is does anyone know?

I also walk to work and back everyday (which takes me 20 minutes each way) do you think I get points for that?

Your help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

just had a look on the ww website. The points you get depends on your weight?

Hi,

Hope this helps, i found it on-line and its what I use,
i have it in a wee table but this was the best i could do posting it. It shows the amount of points you earn depending on the level of exercise and the length of time you spend doing it. the types of exercise are listed at the very bottom,

For me I don't count walking to and from work as i've always done it. I count any exercise I do on top of my normal daily routine - I'm not sure if this is right or not, but I figure that if I was eating extra points for things my body is used to doing then it would be counter-productive!
