points in a plain scone??

    according to my leader - 30g = 1.5, but thats for a fruit one!! Sorry, thats not much help, but bread is 1 point for 30g, so you could count it like that.

    In book they class fruit and plain scones as being the same points wise :)

    fruit 55g = 3 points
    plain 50g = 3 points
