Right, after the debate about syn values..

if i just tell u which polenta i ahve can someone please tell me the value,

its Agnesi Polenta, 'instantanea' haha i suppose its instant?

cals per 100g 353 protien is 7.9 g
carbs are 78g and fat is 1g

Instant is fine- all polenta instant or 'slow' is free on gree or EE! The only polenta you have to syn is if you intend to use it as a flour substitute and then it is 5 syns per 28g
