hi
I am hoping somebody will be able to help me somebody who can either check on the syn calculator as I don't have access or somebody that knows?
I managed to find fat free Polish curd and I remember eating it as a child and my Hubby loves it too. its very versatile and you can eat it in sweet dishes and with salt, pepper garlic etc.
my question is would it be syn free? 100 g is 85kcal, 18g protein and 3,5 g carbohydrates and fat free.
to describe it better I got his from the net:
Polish cheeses - twaróg/tvarog, also known as 'white cheese'
and this is my Hubby's breakfast , he would not wait for the syn value
help anyone??
