Strange question, but in suger free gum it says no suger carbs but 64 POLYOLS...is this allowed on the diet? my other friend eats them all the time and seems to lose but i dont wanna risk it if its a hidden suger/sweetner. Anyone know??
Thanks for that ditzee i will only eat in moderation then, just occasionally, if i have eaten any garlic while out and about, i like to feel minty fresh....but did not want to jepodise my hard work. Thanks hun
