Poop yourself slim!

A rather light hearted thread but I really think I am pooping myself slim.

I didn't have a huge loss last week but this week I have eaten shed loads of spicy food & certainly had more movement in the bowel department & lost 5lbs. It's amazing how much of a difference it makes.

Got to say though the last time I had a smaller loss I had a huge loss the following week & both times I had had a flexi syn day. I've also been due star week when I've had the huge loss (even though it's not actually arrived), it's as though I have water retention then it suddenly disappears!

Aren't our bodies amazing?
