Anyone experiencing any bad side effect?.
Had a little bit of an upset stomach yesterday and all of a sudden this morning without warning my stomach hurts and I feel sick. :-(
Not sure if it's a bug or the shakes and so far it's happened after vanilla shakes?!?!? which I only got yesterday. This may just be coincidence!
Going to try and force myself off to work and see how I get on.
