Hi All,

I'm off to the cinema tonight and would like some salty popcorn. could someone give me a rough idea of the damage?

I pop my own corn & it is quite high in PPs - 12PP for 100g
But see below for cinema popcorn. x

Sweet:
Sizes are listed at:

75g = 9pp
140g = 18pp
200g = 25pp

Salted:
55g = 7pp
100g = 12pp
150g = 19pp

wow, im shocked, i always thought popcorn was a healthier option if you dont have the sugar!!!! thanks for the info x

Hi, i know its a bit late now, but when you go to the cinema again you can always try the salted popcorn from Boots of all places.

I bought some yesterday, they are really big bags of popcorn with a points value of only 2 which i thought was brill, they are only 60p each as well so you can take quite a few bags and not ruin your daily points, hope that helps:jelous:
