Right well in the little book it says the asda only with the scan bran but on the website a lot of the plain ready to do oats say scan bran or a dark rye rivita. Might be an arse pain but check the fiber content in each of the porridges or you could just have. Up to you with that one
I just came to ask the same kind of question. I can't buy scan bran here in Spain - is there an alternative like some other kind of bran?
I like to eat porridge every day and don't want to sabotage the diet by eating the wrong breakfast.
