Portion Control Plates

Very exciting ! Peter the Postie has just delivered 2 Portion Control Plates. Been looking for while. The really nicely designed one I wanted was in the US But these are great. Good price, good quality Porcelain, simple design which shows area for salad/veg, carbohydrates and protein. Ordered Thurs, arrived today, and NO I haven't ordered two so I can have two sensible plateworths side by side on the table, although ......

Where did you get them? I have been thinking about getting some, but they tend to be a bit expensive.

can you get plastic versions. My Mom try to help by doing the washing up and ends up smashing everything. We have to buy a cheap dinner service every christmas so we dont have to eat the turkey off plastic plates!!!
