Portion Plates

I have been looking at portion plates on the internet and was wondering if anyone has ever one? And if so which is the best to buy and what results did you see?
Despite being on SW, I still find my portion sizes way too big.

I like the sound of these! The closer I get to target the more I worry about my portion size (dinner really). Where online can you get them?

Yeah mine are too big aswell, you could just buy a smaller plate and get a permanent marker and draw your own lines, would save you money!
