Hi, going to a really nice chinese restaurant tomorrow night for for a friends birthday, thought I would be fine having chow mein for 7 syns but just looked at the menu its a bit posh and not a chow mein in sight! The only thing which look like they might be ok on a green day are new yeung foo yung with beansprouts (I would ask them to use limited oil when cooking the foo yung) and steamed rice. Does this sound ok? There is also a braised aubergines with chilli and garlic dish which I also like the sound of. Any help much appreciated! Thank you xxx
