posh herby potatos -perfect for entertaining

Last night I made dinner for friends and we had roasted pheasant and pots and veg.

I prepared the potatoes as you would with slimming world chips (par boiled, cubed on a tray with fry light to brown) but added a load of fresh rosemary, rock salt and cracked black pepper.

They were sooooo tasty I couldn't stop myself going back for seconds!
