    Thanks for this Berry - it's nice to see such a well written, rounded article. I particularly liked that he spoke about his relationship with food rather than just treat the VLCD as a miracle cure; as we all know, the real cure is within ourselves.

    I too enjoyed the article. I know he was talking about Lighterlife, but as you say it could as easily be CD.
    Ity is refreshing to hear about the psychological impact over eating for a change and in fact noticed that side of things mentioned in the new WW advert where she talks about learning the cravings being in her head.

    Actually the diet is called 'Howerds Way', ive just looked it up on the interenet. Quite expensive!

    I enjoyed that article. He had some amazing weight loss though - 7st in 12 weeks- that can't be right surely?
