Hi guys,

I have been trying to loose weight for months, probably years, and have tried everything going. I keep looking at diet chef and really think it would work for me, I have pcos so need low gi and I work from 8am to 10pm so don't have much fine for point calculating, cooking etc.

I just wondered about the adding extra calories in thing before I sign up. Is it just that you add in fruit, vege, milk and the occasional carbs to each day and do you have to add a lot? Just worried about the additional cost as the monthly price is already over my budget but I'll pay it if it's going to work!

Thanks in advance :)

I've just been adding fruit and veg and milk, nothing else. Though I see that your BMI is higher, would you be doing 1500? I do 1200 cals so don't add carbs

Good luck with the weight loss, I also have PCOS and have struggled for years - I know that my cycles are much better/shorter when my weight is lower
