Post Birthday Blues

Well it has been my birthday weekend. I had a lovely time but ate so so much food. I am really dreading my weigh in. I have two weigh ins till holiday this wednesday and next wednesday. Hopefully I will only have a small gain this week which I will lose next week and then I will no doubt have a gain on my holiday oopsie.

I think you're entitled to have some birthday fun. There's no point in beating yourself up now, just get back on plan.

The thing is, whatever happened during your b/day celebrations and whatever happens on holiday, you're still in a better position than you would have been without SW. At least now you are aware of what you are doing and not just blindly gaining weight.

Secondly, as Scarlet Daisy said, as long as you are back on plan, you can minimise the damage.
The main thing is that you enjoyed yourself!

What they said exactly! You're on this plan for life and things like birthdays and christmas happen. Being on SW helps you handle them and get right back on the wagon and lose again. Imagine what could have happened if you didn't know about SW and the marvellous way of eating that will help you be healthy after a little celebration?! ;)

Try not to worry. Focus on the good time you had, put the food and drink behind you and think on to the good weeks ahead.

Thanks everyone completely forgot i wrote this post. Think i am coming down with a cold and feeling pretty ditzy at moment. I did pretty well yesterday except i had a blip and the bag of chocolate coins i meant to eat over a few days got eaten in one sitting eek. Still as the rest of the day was good at least it was a step in the right direction.
