Really pleased with myself, I have been on holiday for 3 weeks and have still lost 7 lbs, so thought I would shout about it on here.

Have to say I was good (by my definition), I stuck to a variation of SS+ on the majority of days having one meal a day that combined protein and veg.... though must admit I did succumb to a slice of carrot cake at one stage, but the guilt ensured I didn't do it again.... and come on its got to be healthy it has carrots in it.

Also hoping for a good weight loss this week as hopefully my metabolism has kicked back into action, and I am all motivated to get back on 100%.

Well done i dont know HOW to you stuck to this on holiday??!!!!!!!!:eek: i was away for 2 weeks been back a week and put on 8 pounds :D loooooooool although ive now lost it all well... i couldnt do CD in florida! was impossible!

Well done you! bet ya proud of yaself!

OMG, how did you manage to stick to it on holiday?? Such willpower and determination put me to shame when I find it hard not to cheat on a normal week:( Well done!
